Why have accreditation scores dropped since the State of Missouri took over St. Louis Public Schools?

Is the City targeting black teacher to be fired?

The lack of democracy strikes at both schools and the St. Louis police. Zaki Baruti of the Universal African Peoples Organization will address the need for local control of the police.
